On 1st March I was invited to the Sukhavati Buddhist Temple Opening Ceremony. Hundreds of Gurung people came for this ceremony and as scheduled, the minister for Forests and Soil Conservation, Mr. Kiran Gurung came as chief guest and I was the special guest. We jointly cut the ribbon and unveiled the marble plaque. This temple belongs to the gurung community and they are very active in the development of it. This temple is affiliated with our monastery.
Today is the opening ceremony and on the 2nd of March I will give the initiation of Green Tara.
