Dear Readers,
Right now, many of you must be thinking why I did not update my blog. I too wish to update it often, but the Internet connection here is very poor. I am using my mobile phone to connect to the Internet, which is super slow and also not stable. I am currently at Pokhara, in Jangchub Choeling monastery and busy giving some teachings to the people who are in the fasting retreat. The Tibetan Vesak Day (Saga Dawa), which marks Buddha's birth, enlightenment and parinirvana, is coming soon, so I will be busy with the programme.
There are about 200 people doing Nyungne (fasting) retreat here right now. There are Nepalese and Tibetans, and also our Lamas. The actual full moon day is on the 7th. During that day, everyone at our monastery will be chanting a Kagyu Gurtso for whole day.
I am trying to gather my early life story from my mother and she seems to remember a lot. I will continue my life story soon. Please be patient.
Happy Saga Dawa.

Dear Rinpoche,
It would be nice that you can post your travel plan for the upcoming months, and then maybe some of us can have the chance to meet you and receive teachings and blessings.
All the best, and many good wishes!!

Happy Saga Dawa Rinpoche.
Dear Rinpoche,
By an e-mail of Karma Wangchuk Ling I just found out that you have a weblog. This gives me the opportunity to send the warm greetings from Myra and me from Amsterdam. Myra and I did not forget you and cherish the memory we have from our meetings. All the best with your good work, especially your work for the nuns in the Muktinath Valley, Nepal. Kind regards, André Kalden. Muktinath Foundation Intermational
